Tim Lambertsen, LMHC, Ed.D.-abd
I take great pride in providing quality psychotherapeutic services
that are driven by 20+ years of working to support individuals,
couples, and families. My therapeutic style is experienced as
welcoming and supportive, down-to-earth, and direct. My
practice includes treating individuals (adolescents and adults) and
couples. I specialize in supporting Men's issues, personal exploration
and the finding of meaning, application of purposeful living, and
personal growth. Anxiety, trauma, infertility, anger management,
adjustment disorders, grief and loss, academic struggles,
acceptance, and relationships are challenges I commonly support.
Lambertsen Therapeutic Services has been providing private psychotherapeutic support since 2009 in the Des Moines and surrounding area. In addition to private practice I have worked in the mental health field since 1998 holding various roles in schools, hospitals, residential programs, and the community.
